Terms and Conditions

PAYMENTS

Anim'en Folie offers themed theater, dance and song activities during your child's birthday parties.
The cost of the games and the valid payment methods are given verbally and this information is also included on our website.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the party less agreed discounts must be paid at the time of booking the party. The balance is due 1 week from the date of the holiday.

If the balance due is not received one week before the date of the holiday, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. The deposit is not refundable.
Anim'en Folie declines any responsibility for the reservation of premises or any responsibility resulting from the cancellation of the party.

ENVIRONMENT

The client is responsible for reserving a suitable place for the Anim'en Folie party, as well as for the supply of all the equipment and materials necessary for the party, unless we agree otherwise.
As we have no control over the location or environment of Party activities, we accept no responsibility for problems related to:
a) The space for Party activities is not of sufficient size;
b) The ratio of children to party leader being too great (we suggest a maximum of 25 to 1);
c) Inadequate Party control due to lack of support from parents or adults (this may include disrupting activities, talking or sharing the same space as children);
d) Failure to provide a working CD player or AC power source if agreed;
(e) failure to provide specific details of the location or address of the party location; or
(f) Do not notify us in advance of any particular problem.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you have booked an Anim'en Folie evening and now wish to change the date or time, you can do so free of charge by providing:
(a) We did not appoint a party leader for the party at the time of notification; and
(b) Other party leaders are available.
If one of the above situations makes it impossible to change the time, the cancellation conditions will apply as indicated in the paragraph below.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have reserved a Perform evening and now wish to cancel
(a) If we have not yet reserved a group leader, we will credit your account with 50% of the amount paid that you can use to finance your future purchases from Anim'en Folie.
(b) If we have already booked a party leader, you will lose 50% of the amount paid. We will credit your account with the remaining 50% that you can use to finance future purchases from Anim'en Folie.

We do not accept any responsibility in the event of death or bodily injury to any child participating in an Anim'en Folie activity linked to Anim'en Folie, whether organized by Anim'en Folie or otherwise, insofar as this injury must be caused by the negligence or default of any member of our staff or any other fault on our part.
