How to reserve an artist?

 

There are several ways to reserve an artist. To check availability, send us an email to animenfolieplanificateur@outlook.com, or submit an online request through the "Customer Request Form" section on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the dates / times unless a deposit has been made, so make sure you are 100% ready to reserve your artist!

 

For most character and mascot animators, a non-refundable deposit of $ 50 must be made. Please do not submit a deposit without first checking our availability by email or phone. We just want to make sure we have someone available!

 

Please note: If you book services lasting several hours or several artists, the deposit may be greater than the normal $ 50. Check with us and we will tell you the amount of a deposit required.

 

What areas do you work in?

 

The regions we serve are the Island of Montreal, Laval, St-Eustache, Oka, Terrebonne, Mascouche, Repentigny, Boisbriand, Rosemère, Sainte-Thérèse, Bois-des-Fillion, Lorraine, Blainville, Mirabel, Deux-Montagnes, Saint-Jérôme, Vaudreuil-Dorion. If you do not see your region mentioned above, you can call us if arrangements can be made for your event. There may be additional costs for transportation.

 

What type of payment do you accept?

 

We only accept cash, credit card and debit payments. No checks please.

 

How far in advance should I book my party?

 

Holidays book quickly, so the earlier you book, the better! Our busiest times are weekends in the afternoon and we tend to book several weeks in advance. To best ensure that the character, rental or service you want is available for your event, try to book your party at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

 

What time can I host a party?

 

Anytime, any day of the week. Saturdays and Sundays are the most popular, so try to book your party as soon as possible if you are interested in one of these days.

 

What time should guests arrive?

 

We recommended that guests arrive at least 30 to 60 minutes before the scheduled time of the entertainer. This way everyone can be there for fun activities!

 

How much should I tip?

 

Gratuity is not required, but sincerely appreciated. We recommend 15% -20% of the total amount of the party package.

 

If I can not have my event at home, what can you recommend?

 

Parks, halls, community centers, recreation rooms, the beach, you name it! Please keep in mind that our characters are usually in polyester costumes and wigs, or in small two pieces (like our Hula Girl and Mermaid). We want to give you the best performance, so try not to hold your parties in extreme heat or cold depending on the costume.

 

What happens if it rains or snows and my party is held outside?

 

Please plan for alternatives when planning your outdoor party during the summer or winter. We will always attend your party, but we will not play in the rain or snow. The representations must be made inside.

 

What happens if the artist is late for my party?

 

Our artists are rarely late for a scheduled event. However, due to increased traffic, inclement weather and the construction of highways, this happens from time to time. In the event that your character is late, he / she will remain for the allotted time reserved.

How to pay the balance?

 

All remaining balances (after initial deposit) are due one week before the party in the form of cash, credit or debit card, unless prior arrangements have been made. The tip is not included. If full payment has not been made 1 week before the date of the event. The event will be canceled. We prefer that you enjoy the day with guests or your child and that you don't have to worry about suing for the balance owed.
