Partial Planning

This package is designed for those clients who would like guidance and assistance throughout the planning process. We help to oversee the entire planning process, but leave the vendor meetings to you!

The partial planning package encompasses all services listed in the full & month/day of the package. We are happy to provide vendor recommendations that will fit your budget: however, you will be responsible to for your own vendor contracts, delivery, take down and pick ups.

Services Include

· Unlimited phone calls beginning immediately from receipt of customer request form and deposit.

· Unlimited in-person meetings (if required)

· Budget breakdown document provided

· Critical path checklist to ensure client is on track with timelines

· Discussion of theme, colour, style and set up (if required)

· Venue sourcing and selection (if required)

· Assistance with vendor contracts and negotiations (if required)

· Assistance with invitation selection, etiquette and protocol (if required)

· Complimentary services of animator assistance at event along with your lead planner (if required)


· Initial meeting to discuss your plans including expectations and vendor contracts

· Ceremony rehearsal attendance and supervision to ensure all parties understand their role and responsibility (if required)

· Detailed itinerary outlining all events for your day and distribution to all vendors

· Ensure all deliveries are accurate


· Placement of programs and ceremony items (if required)

· Review any special seating arrangements with ushers (if required)

· Ensure delivery and distribution of all services (if required)

· Cue musicians (if required)


· Ensure all decor and tables are set up according to the floor plans

· Placement of gift table, favours, seating cards, sweet tables, beverage table

· Supervision and management of all contracted vendors

· Audio equipment check for speeches and run of flow for the evening

· Review timeline with DJ or master of ceremonies (Includes: arrival and entrance, toasts, and cake cutting)

· Greet any last-minute guests and ensure they find their seat
