Advance planning


Initial meeting to discuss your plans, including expectations and contracts with suppliers

Two in-person consultations starting one month before the day of your event, including a site visit (if required)

Participation in the rehearsal ceremony and supervision to ensure that all parties understand their roles and responsibilities (if necessary)

Detailed itinerary describing all the events of your day and distribution to all suppliers

Make sure all deliveries are accurate
